前10月重慶與RCEP成員國貿易增長超15%

近年來，重慶市持續深化與RCEP沿線國家經貿合作，實施“東盟行動計劃”深耕東盟，加速與日韓的合資合作。今年前10月，重慶與RCEP成員國進出口額1907.2億元，同比增長15.1%，占同期全市外貿進出口額29.6%。其中，韓國成為重慶在RCEP區域最大的貿易伙伴。

多措并舉促經貿合作

為加深與RCEP成員國的經貿合作，今年以來，重慶持續與東盟國家的政企互動，將雙邊經貿合作穩步推進，呈現出貿易規模不斷擴大、通道功能不斷提升、平臺作用不斷顯現、交流互動不斷深化的良好局面。

重慶從制定發展規劃、大力招商引資、共建合作項目等方面積極深化與東盟的經貿合作，重慶市商務委發布了《重慶市深化與東盟經貿合作行動計劃（2021-2025年）》，推動東盟成為重慶全面融入“一帶一路”的優先方向。

此外，重慶市商務委還舉辦2021陸海新通道國際合作論壇，加強重慶市與新加坡、部分RCEP成員國之間交流與合作；積極推動與越南工貿部簽訂協議，促進雙方經貿與投資合作等。

多領域開展國際合作

通過推進重慶與RCEP成員國的交流，重慶在金融、機械制造等多領域取得合作成效，進一步促進重慶經貿高質量發展。

搶抓RCEP機遇，重慶市商務委持續加大面向RCEP成員國的招商引資工作。同時，RCEP成員國也成為重慶市重要的服務外包發包來源地。

對標國際規則推動開放

“重慶未來將進一步加快推進內陸開放，打造成為吸引外資的沃土，用好RCEP規則、搶抓RCEP機遇，推動與RCEP成員高質量開放合作。”重慶市商務委有關負責人說。

一方面，重慶將建設RCEP經貿合作先行區，著力發揮中新互聯互通示范項目、全市6個綜合保稅區的示范先行作用，打造成為對外開放的新高地。

另一方面，是對標對表RCEP規則，以服務業擴大開放綜合試點為契機，大力發展面向RCEP國家的金融服務，吸引RCEP國家金融機構到重慶投資發展等。

In the first 10 months of this year, the import and export volume of Chongqing and RCEP member countries reached 190.72 billion yuan, up 15.1% year on year, accounting for 29.6% of the city's foreign trade import and export volume in the same period. Multiple measures have been taken to promote economic and trade cooperation

In order to deepen the economic and trade cooperation with RCEP member states, Chongqing has continued the interaction between government and enterprises with ASEAN countries since the beginning of this year, steadily advancing the bilateral economic and trade cooperation, showing a good situation of expanding trade scale, improving the function of the channel, emerging the role of the platform, and deepening exchanges and interactions.

Chongqing has actively deepened its economic and trade cooperation with ASEAN from the aspects of formulating development plans, attracting investment and building cooperation projects. Chongqing Commission of Commerce has issued action Plan for Deepening Economic and trade Cooperation between Chongqing and ASEAN (2021-2025), promoting ASEAN to become the priority direction for Chongqing to fully integrate into the "Belt and Road" initiative.

In addition, Chongqing Municipal Commission of Commerce also held the 2021 International Cooperation Forum on New Land-Sea Corridor to strengthen exchanges and cooperation between Chongqing, Singapore and some RCEP member states. Actively promote the signing of agreements with the Vietnamese Ministry of Industry and Trade and promote bilateral economic, trade and investment cooperation.

Conducting international cooperation in various fields

By promoting the exchanges between Chongqing and RCEP member states, Chongqing has achieved fruitful cooperation in various fields such as finance and machinery manufacturing, further promoting the high-quality development of Chongqing's economy and trade.

Shenchi Has directly or indirectly sold in 12 RCEP countries and adopted RMB cross-border settlement in some countries. Looking forward to the opportunities after RCEP takes effect, Shenchi Plans to invest and set up overseas companies in Thailand.

Seizing the opportunities of RCEP, Chongqing Commission of Commerce continues to increase investment attraction for RCEP member states. At the same time, RCEP member countries have also become important sources of service outsourcing in Chongqing.

International standards promote openness

"In the future, Chongqing will further accelerate inland opening-up, build itself into a fertile ground for attracting foreign investment, make good use of RCEP rules and opportunities, and promote high-quality opening-up and cooperation with RCEP members." Chongqing commerce commission said.

On the one hand, Chongqing will build the RCEP economic and trade cooperation pilot zone, give full play to the role of the China-New Zealand connectivity demonstration project and the city's six comprehensive free trade zones, and build Chongqing into a new highland of opening-up.

On the other hand, we should match the standard and table RCEP rules. Taking the opportunity of the comprehensive pilot of expanding the opening-up of the service sector, we should vigorously develop financial services for RCEP countries and attract financial institutions from RCEP countries to invest and develop in Chongqing.
