
孟加拉國吉大港強制要求托運人使用電子支付
孟加拉國已強制要求通過吉大港海關(CHC)以電子支付方式支付與進出口貿易相關的任何種類的關稅、費用和收費。CHC在一份通知中表示,從2022年1月1日起,將不再接受人工付款。并表示,進口商和出口商將對未能進行電子支付而導致的貨物交付延遲負責。
從2021年7月1日開始,吉大港強制要求支付價值超過2500美元時必須使用電子支付,以向吉大港的用戶提供更快的服務。主要是清算和轉運(C&F)代理代表進口商和出口商進行此類支付。電子支付系統還旨在幫助防止港口客戶逃稅。
從2021年12月1日起,六家頂級航運代理——APL Bangladesh、Maersk Bangladesh、Continental Traders BD Ltd、Continental Traders、Ocean International Ltd和地中海航運孟加拉國有限公司,已被要求在線提交交貨訂單。在沒有電子提貨單系統的情況下,C&F代理的代表會親自到船務代理或貨運代理的辦事處領取提貨單,以便提取進口貨物。
Bangladesh has made it mandatory to pay any kind of duties, fees and charges related to import and export trade by electronic payment through chittagong Customs (CHC). In a notice, CHC said it would no longer accept manual payments from Jan 1, 2022. It said importers and exporters would be held responsible for delays in the delivery of goods caused by failure to make electronic payments.
Starting from July 1, 2021, electronic payments are mandatory for payments worth more than us $2,500 to provide faster service to users in Chittagong. Mainly clearing and transhipment (C&F) agents make such payments on behalf of importers and exporters. The electronic payment system is also designed to help prevent tax evasion by port customers.
As of December 1, 2021, Six top shipping agents -- APL Bangladesh, Maersk Bangladesh, Continental Traders BD Ltd, Continental Traders, Ocean International Ltd and Mediterranean Shipping Bangladesh Ltd have been asked to submit delivery orders online. In the absence of an electronic bill of lading system, a representative of the C&F agent will pick up the bill of lading in person at the shipping agent's or freight forwarder's office in order to pick up the imported goods.
