工廠和外貿公司各有利弊，而客戶在選擇合作伙伴時，也取決于多個因素，包括業務需求、產品類型、合作目標等。如果客戶有較高的定制需求，或者希望更直接地控制生產過程，他們可能更傾向于選擇直接與工廠合作，工廠直接參與生產，客戶可以更靈活地滿足特定的要求。不過有些客戶可能更傾向于通過貿易公司進行交易，因為貿易公司可以幫助降低一些與國際貿易相關的風險，簡化采購流程，并提供更全面的服務，如物流管理、報關等。

那么外貿人就會面臨一個問題：如何寫公司介紹？畢竟在與客戶交流時總需要介紹一下公司情況和產品情況，面對客戶應該如何介紹自己？是說自己是工廠還是說自己是外貿公司？

提高成單率的必殺技之一就是向客戶展示公司的實力，讓客戶買得放心。那大概需要介紹哪些內容呢？

首先，需要了解公司介紹的目標受眾，是要展示給潛在客戶、供應商還是合作伙伴看。這有助于確定介紹的內容和語言風格。

其次，理清楚公司的硬性實力，團隊規模、工廠規模（外貿公司可以說合作工廠規模）。

然后，確定公司的核心價值和獨特賣點，包括專業技能、服務質量、創新能力等。

接著，編寫公司基本信息，例如公司名稱、創立年份、總部位置、主要產品或服務范圍等。描述公司業務范圍和主要成就、介紹公司文化和價值觀、突出公司的優勢和特點、增加客戶評價和案例分析、提供聯系方式和行動召喚。

一般公司團隊包含研發團隊、業務團隊、管理團隊、QC團隊，如果可以的話，每一個團隊都應該詳細介紹給客戶，讓客戶產生信賴。

研發/技術團隊：可以用文字或者圖文樣式來介紹，同時介紹團隊成員的真人，向客戶傳達公司實力雄厚的訊息，表達公司有實力來完成交易。

業務團隊：主要是分工種的介紹業務員，比如負責銷售渠道的業務員、負責區域的業務員、不同職務的業務員包括介紹團隊領導。業務團隊的介紹越詳細越好，向客戶展示實力和真誠的態度。

管理團隊：主要介紹創始人或高管在公司的任職履歷或者是各部門經理行業內最有經驗的人（不是所有公司都適用，選用）。

QC/售后團隊：有很多公司覺得QC團隊的存在可有可無，其實向客戶介紹公司情況時，QC團隊的介紹也是必不可少的一步。QC團隊的工作內容包括展示質控環境、顧客檢驗實驗計劃、尺寸控制小組、第三方檢測報告保證書、裝船前的檢驗、裝船見證人、包裝檢驗等等。

生產線：是指原料進入到生產現場，經過加工、運送、裝配、檢驗等這些過程，最后成為產品的制作工藝過程。介紹生產線的意義在于從側面反映出公司的實力，突出公司的優勢與特點，為以后與客戶的交易打下基礎。

測試房：是企業提高產品穩定性、可靠性的重要實驗設備，是各企業提高產品質量和競爭性的生產測試設備，不同的產品要有不同的測試房。

檔口介紹：專檔口主營是指檔口主要經營的商品類目，用于展示給分銷商，讓分銷商快速了解檔口主營商品。如果有檔口的企業也可以向客戶介紹，可以更方便客戶尋找產品，還能讓客戶了解什么東西最好賣。

總結起來就是，如果是公司簡介PPT，要圖文并茂，甚至可以放視頻連接，因為圖片更容易造成沖擊力，更重要的是，幾幅圖片可以讓客戶一眼獲取到重要信息。圖片可以豐富一些，公司全景圖、公司內部圖、辦公室的細節圖、公司文化相關的圖片（文化墻/形象墻之類）、團隊的圖片（工作/活動/旅游等）、車間圖片等等。

這些信息，讓客戶一眼望去就GET到，并且只需要20秒。

當然如果有企業宣傳片的視頻，可以傳到youtube上，在公司簡介中，或者網站的側邊欄加一個播放器，直接播放公司的宣傳片。如果沒有，可以自己拍一些實景的視頻，放上去。
 

用圖文并茂，或者視頻的方式全面專業的介紹產品，建議制作PPT，好的PPT可以助力外貿營銷，提高成單率！

我們可以從以下幾個方面入手來介紹產品信息。

產品賣點：要多角度展示產品，詳細介紹產品的細節、功能、結構，讓客戶更直觀的去了解產品的詳細情況。另外，要做賣點提煉 ，也就是你的優勢，認證算是產品賣點，可以直接給出圖片。

新品介紹：要突出產品新在哪里，不要一句話概括，要從新舊產品的包裝、價格、設計、功能等方面進行新舊對比，突出新產品的優勢。

流行趨勢：觀察熱銷的產品并根據產品的行業趨勢來完善自己的產品。

產品開箱：告訴客戶現貨產品可以開箱展示，可以的話也做一個開箱視頻。

操作流程：包括產品安裝說明、產品操作流程兩方面。建議對需要安裝的產品，做小視頻展示。

價格拆解：從產品價格細節說明、同類產品價格對比、相同產品不同配置、原材料價格說明等方面進行介紹。

使用場景：展示實地案例、整體效果。建議自己對產品的使用場景提前拍攝給客戶，產生代入感，取得客戶認可。

破壞性測試：根據產品的具體實際情況進行測試，一般測試包括拉伸測試、硬度測試、沖擊測試、耐壓測試、耐摔測試等。

產品測試：測試產品性能。

總結起來就是，產品描述的要到點到位，到點，就是產品的功能性，到位就是多種描述方式結合。要有對于產品質量、品質、售后服務的一些佐證，例如證書之類。
