在美國人心中,感恩節像中國的春節一樣隆重,成千上萬的美國人不管有多忙,都會在這一天與家人團聚。如果有美國客戶,可好好利用這個節日,提前送上祝福郵件的同時促成訂單。

關于 感恩節
感恩節是一個由美國人獨創的節日,只有美國人過。1941年,美國國會正式將每年11月第四個星期四定為“感恩節”,今年的感恩節是2024年11月28日。
感恩節的第二天叫做“黑色星期五”(Black Friday),這一天是美國消費者大采購的開始,因此感恩節假期一般會從星期四持續到星期天。
感恩節在美國是僅次于圣誕節的第二大節日,主要的慶祝方式是闔家團圓吃大餐、看球賽、參加狂歡游行。對于晚餐,火雞是感恩節的傳統主菜,通常是把火雞肚子里塞上各種調料和拌好的食品,然后整只烤出,雞皮烤成深棕色,由男主人用刀切成薄片分給大家。然后由各人自己澆上鹵汁,灑上鹽,味道十分鮮美。此外,感恩節的傳統食品還有甜山芋、南瓜餅、果醬、自己烘烤的面包及各種蔬菜和水果等。
需要注意的是,歐洲諸國、澳大利亞等國家也都是不過感恩節的。加拿大有感恩節,但跟美國不是同一天,加拿大是在每年的10月第二個星期一。日本的感恩節在每年的11月23日,正式的名字叫做“勤勞感謝日”(勤労感謝の日),也是法定假日。

感恩節 祝福郵件
不同階段的美國客戶,最好送上不同祝福郵件,提高跟進效果。以下針對不同客戶類型提供不同跟進技巧和郵件模板,大家可以修改一下,加些個性化元素。
現有客戶
不要再濫發賀卡了,因為沒有什么比送禮物更直接的了。當然,對于老客戶也不能一味送禮,最好根據客戶的喜好送一份貼心小禮物,比如家里有小孩的,可以送一些小孩子喜歡的玩具;如果是新合作客戶,不了解客戶喜好,也沒關系,可以送一些帶有中國特色的飾品。最后,不要忘記附贈賀卡哦。

此外,也可以拍一些有意思的祝福視頻,畢竟視頻比文字更直觀,也更能打動人,并且很多國外客戶對YouTube、TikTok等短視頻愛不釋手。所以也可以借此機會來上一段,動員公司同事或者自己拍一段客戶的專屬祝福視頻,心意滿滿,絕對會留下深刻印象。
意向客戶
可以寫一封郵件,千萬不要套用模板,因為客戶可能會收到十幾封甚至幾十封郵件,如果想客戶對你印象深刻,最好有針對性,比如可以回憶與客戶之間的深刻的事情,或者客戶曾經對你的幫助,以此致以謝意,最好加一張感恩節賀卡。
